Consent to the processing of personal data

This document contains two separate consents. The first one is given by the person who connects and pays for the Service. The second one concerns the authors of reviews about the venue — and here it matters who is responsible for what.

Part 1. Consent of the Subscriber who connects the Service

By launching the Answerolog bot in a messenger, connecting a venue or paying for a subscription, you give Individual Entrepreneur Artem Valerievich Starostin (INN 191002217434, OGRNIP 321190000011867, address: apt. 39, 43 Pionerskaya St., Ust-Abakan urban settlement, Republic of Khakassia, Russia, 655102; the “Operator”) your consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

What data is processed

• your ID, first name, last name and username in the Telegram or MAX messenger;
• your email address, if you provided it;
• information about the venue: name, address, links to its listings on the platforms;
• payment records and bank details for refunds; for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs — company details;
• Service settings: connected venues, notification parameters;
• the content of your support requests;
• IP address, cookie data, browser and device information when you visit the website.

What it is used for

• giving access to the Service and keeping its functions running;
• accepting payments, issuing refunds, keeping accounting and tax records;
• technical support and contacting you on matters relating to performance of the contract;
• keeping the Service secure and preventing unlawful actions;
• improving the Service on the basis of anonymized statistics.

What actions are performed

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the processors listed in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means and without them.

Cross-border transfer

You consent to the cross-border transfer of the part of your data that the Service needs in order to work: the chat bot and the review collection modules are hosted on servers outside the Russian Federation, and the AI services that prepare draft replies work there too. What is transferred is only what these operations are impossible without: your messenger ID, which is required to deliver messages, and information about the connected venue.

Payment data, payment records, bank details for refunds and the content of your support requests are not transferred outside the Russian Federation. Initial recording and storage of data take place on a server in the Russian Federation.

Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid for as long as you use the Service and for 3 years after the contract ends; for payment data — for 5 years, as accounting law requires.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a request to starostin.media@gmail.com or via Telegram @starosting. Withdrawing consent makes further use of the Service impossible, because processing this data is necessary for the Service to work. Data that the Operator is required by law to keep is retained until the statutory periods expire.

Separately — informational messages

Consent to receive news about the Service and special offers is given separately and is not a condition for using the Service. You can withdraw it in the Service settings or through the contacts above, without cancelling your subscription.

Part 2. Data of review authors

By connecting a venue to the Service, you:

1. Instruct the Operator to process the personal data of review authors on the terms of section 12 of the Offer Agreement: only to prepare draft replies and analyse recurring complaints, only for your venue, for the term of the subscription.
2. Confirm that you are entitled to connect this venue to the Service and to reply to reviews about it on its behalf.
3. Confirm that you instruct the Operator to process only the information that review authors published themselves on the platforms and to which access is granted to an unlimited number of people: their name or nickname, the text of the review, the rating and the publication date.
4. Undertake not to send any other personal data of guests to the Service — from receipts, booking systems, loyalty programmes or private correspondence.
5. Undertake to handle requests from review authors relating to the lawfulness of the processing of their data yourself.
6. Accept that it is you who publishes the reply and that the published text is your own statement — whether or not you edited the suggested version.

Rights of a review author

Any review author has the right, without being a party to the contract, to approach the Operator directly and:

• receive information about which of their data is being processed;
• require that their data be deleted.

Such a request is fulfilled within 10 calendar days. The Subscriber is notified once it has been fulfilled. Deleting data from the Service does not delete the review itself from the platform: it was published by its author and is controlled by the platform.

What the Service does not do with data

• It does not publish replies on your behalf — on any platform.
• It does not request access to your account on the platforms and does not store logins or passwords.
• It does not transfer payment data or payment records outside the Russian Federation.
• It does not send the name of the review author to the AI services — the name is replaced with a placeholder, and authors’ photographs are not transferred.
• It does not share data with third parties for marketing purposes and does not sell it.
• It does not process data of people under 18.
